Tacodeli Holdings, Inc. (“Tacodeli”) (January 2015-present). Shackelford currently serves as the sole outside director of Tacodeli which was founded in 1999 and currently operates fast-casual taquerias in three Texas markets. Shackelford is assisting Tacodeli’s founders and management team with their growth, including people planning, people sourcing, capital planning and building a new restaurant pipeline.
